• Credit Card Marketplace: Access to 0% APR home improvement credit cards from partner networks
• Customer Application Processing: Streamlined application and pre-qualification processes
• Analytics and Reporting: Insights into financing performance and customer engagement

3. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be a legal resident of the United States
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements

SimpleDirect offers its contractor platform free of charge with no dealer fees, monthly subscriptions, or onboarding costs. We may offer additional premium features for a fee in the future. Any applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before you are required to pay.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are owned by SimpleDirect or our licensors and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without our prior written consent.
